Fee

  • $500 one-time fee to get started.
  • $10,960 annual fee, includes first $3M of assets we manage

The flat fee includes investment management on $600,000 to $3,000,000, annual retirement income and tax planning, and filing your individual federal tax return. The fee will be higher for complicating factors, like a family business, complex real estate holdings, etc. and for assets above $3M. The fee is billed quarterly from assets and will be re-evaluated every one to two years.

Many other firms charge between 1% - 2% of assets managed.  As your assets grow, so does your fee.  Forever.

Here are a few examples to help illustrate the costs:

Rowan and Kyle have a portfolio of about $2,345,000. Their flat annual fee is $10,960 with approximately $2,740 billed every quarter directly debited from their investment account (equivalent to about a 0.47% fee on assets managed).

Julianna has a total portfolio of about $745,000. Her flat annual fee is $10,960 with approximately $2,740 billed every quarter directly debited from her investment account (equivalent to about a 1.47% fee on assets managed.)

Oscar has $5,800,000 in investable accounts. His flat annual fee is approximately $15,460 with approximately $3,865 billed every quarter directly debited from his investment account (equivalent to about a 0.27% fee on assets managed.)
